There are many blessings of this amazing job - cuddling these precious new little souls, listening to their little gurgles and full milk tummy sighs, capturing all the little details of fingers and toes, eyelashes and shiny lips! One of my most favourite parts is getting to watch families grow, seeing the new family dynamics as first children welcome and love on their new siblings.  I feel so blessed when I am asked not once, but sometimes two and three times to capture family memories, and it makes me so happy when I think about how these memories will become a family legacy to the children. A reminder in 25 or 30 years from now when they may be starting their own families, that once upon a time Mum was young and Dad had hair, that their parents held their tiny bodies in their own hands, wishing nothing but love and a happy life for them.
